We've had an eventful field season! Congratulations to Ben Davidson who defended and graduated in June and just submitted his first chapter for publication! Alissa Petrelli just finished field work in Grand Teton NP. Tracy Mulholland, Alissa, Ben and Masa Senzaki gave great talks this week at the NAOC meeting in DC!
Check out Masa's new paper in Scientific Reports demonstrating noise-induced reduced foraging ability in wild owls. Congratulations Masa on a great study with a clever design!

Great News! Clint received a call from NSF in late November with the news that the collaborative project with the Barber Lab entitled "Direct and indirect effects of natural sounds on the structure of vertebrate insectivore communities" has been recommended for funding!
